What is your normal billing processing time?

Electronic billing has reduced the long wait in bill processing. Normally your claims will only take less than 14 days of processing.

How do I send the patient documents to you?

You can scan and send it to us through email or fax it to us.

Can my office assistant manage the scanning and sending process?

Your office needs only basic computer skills to scan and send documents using the internet. We will provide any training required.

I hardly know to check my email. Will that be a problem?

You can always call us for reports and talking to our customer support who will go with you through the details of your claim status. If yours is a smaller business without an office assistant to scan and send the documents, you can even fax the documents to us.

Which all insurance companies do you deal with and do you meet all their requirements?

We deal with Medicare, Medicaid, Blue and all major insurance companies. Yes we meet all their requirements to send bills electronically. We know CMS 1500 and UB 92 forms.

If you are out sourcing the bill processing, do they know US governmental regulations and insurance policies?

Yes, out staff is well trained in Medical Billing and Coding in US standards and with AAPC certification.

Do you deal all specialties?

We have professionals who are specially trained to do medical billing in over 15 of the major medicine specialties.
